The role we play as the property manager is all encompassing and relieves the owner of any obligation of daily maintenance and management.

Our property managers are the first responders to any issue that may arise with the guest and/or emergencies with the home. We immediately fix any maintenance issues under $200. Anything over or unique to the home, we will seek owner approval

Independent contractors that provide upkeep and preventative maintenance such as housekeepers, yard maintenance, repair technicians, gas delivery, septic tank inspection, window washing, carpet cleaning, ect., are all organized and supervised by our management team.

Pre-arrival and departure inspections reports with photos and videos are provided to owner with each reservation.

We provide monthly property reports that include current maintenance issues and status of premises as well as quarterly guest review reports.

In some locations, start up home amenity packages are available. Costs vary.

We have strong relations with travel agents specializing in the affluent traveler as well as a massive database of repeat clientele.

HawaiiLife.com receives vastly more traffic with longer visits than the competition. With over 270,000 monthly visitors and promotion for over 30,000 keywords, HawaiiLife.com is a powerful booking channel for your vacation home.

The electronic management software we use is called Escapia, and it is able to provide us with owner statements, accounting, contracts, guest database, drive front-end output, and integrates with many of our partner sites.

Owners will have access to their property’s calendar if they desire to block dates for personal use.

Guests will have access to an app that is exclusive to HLV which provides arrival instructions, home information, and local recommendations.

Guests will also be offered use of our complimentary concierge service.
