Services

Pay-per-performance booking service that does not feature OwnerWeb calendar. Other agencies can not access the calendar.

As the homeowner, you will remain in complete management of your property and its calendar.

We will list your property on our site and contact you for availability when we receive a reservation inquiry.

Since you are only paying per performance, there is a no risk obligation. There are no additional costs or subscription fees.

HawaiiLife.com receives vastly more traffic with longer visits than the competition. With over 270,000 monthly visitors and promotion for over 30,000 keywords, HawaiiLife.com is a powerful booking channel for your vacation home.

For bookings, Hawaii Life will use our contract and collect the payment directly from the guests. Owner is paid upon guest departure, less the HLV booking fee (set percentage based on location).

Should there be any damages to the property, HLV will forward damage deposit to owners upon receipt of repairs.

It is required that Maui and Kauai properties have an active TVR license.

Our exclusive premier service is for the owner who wants it all…from management, maintenance, and marketing! Our services are among the best and we are committed to providing our owners and our guests with first-class detailed attention and care.

The role we play as the property manager is all encompassing and relieves the owner of any obligation of daily maintenance and management. We immediately fix any maintenance issues under $200. Anything over or unique to the home, we will seek owner approval.

Our property managers are the first responders to any issue that may arise with the guest and/or emergencies with the home.

Independent contractors that provide upkeep and preventative maintenance such as housekeepers, yard maintenance, repair technicians, gas delivery, septic tank inspection, window washing, carpet cleaning, ect., are all organized and supervised by our management team.

Pre-arrival and departure inspections reports with photos and videos are provided to owner with each reservation.

We provide monthly property reports that include current maintenance issues and status of premises as well as quarterly guest review reports.

As your exclusive manager, we will showcase your home on Hawaii Life, VRBO, HomeAway, FlipKey, Trip Advisors, Luxury Retreats, Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, and dozens of other partner websites.

We have strong relations with travel agents specializing in the affluent traveler as well as a massive database of repeat clientele.
